The Information Technology Professional Diploma Program is designed for individuals seeking comprehensive knowledge and certification in computer and network administration. Students receive training on widely used operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, and Linux. In addition, students learn to configure and manage computer and network technologies such as Cisco routers and switches, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, server virtualization, Cybersecurity, wireless and mobile devices, and automate administration using PowerShell and BASH Shell scripts. The program also emphasizes effective communication, time management, and IT project management within a corporate infrastructure.

Students enrolled in this program will receive:

  • A 16-week internship for hands-on experience.

  • Certification exam vouchers, including designations from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco.

  • Microsoft Azure for Education included in the tuition fee, providing access to Windows 10, Windows Server, and Office 365.

Graduates who successfully complete the program will be eligible to write certification exams leading to the following:

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Linux+, Microsoft MDAA, and Cisco CCNA designations.
